Hi got my order last night cookie dough don't know if you have changed cookie dough but it was not good. And it was different from wot a usely get as a get it qite alot.

Got order wrong again, sent an empty bag that was supposed to have fudge cake in it and the sundaes were already melting and dripping down the side. Phoned the shop to complain and the girl that answered had a serious bad attitude. I could hear her talking about me making me out to be angry and a liar while she was talking to the guy that made the order. I order every weekend from here but because of that girls attitude I won’t be ordering again.

Food was excellent as always. Staff were quite rude. Haven't been here in some time due to moving away and had booked through the website for collection at 1730 (when I would arrive from work). Text received at 1700 telling me the order was ready and when I arrived staff told me "I sent the message ages ago, why were you not here earlier, you realise this will be cold now" etc. Staff used to be so lovely here. Disappointed to see they've gone downhill, despite clearly upgrading the store since I was last here...

The best ice cream parlour I've ever been to worry the lovliest staff.

Toppings were very disappointing. Large waffles had 8 banana and 9 strawberries. Was nearly cold when arrived and delivery was later than stated. Don’t think we will order

Absolutely brilliant as usual! The delivery time is long but worth it. I just wanted to give a special shout out to the delivery driver. He is so kind and since the first time I ordered 3 years ago and requested to not knock coz my newborn was asleep, he continues to not knock even tho I don't put it in the request anymore.

My son loves the bubble teas and brownies,ice creams are the best.friendly staff. Great customer service.

U need more chocolate on waffles as they are sometimes meant to have chocolate but think it's a dash u get on them they used to be lovely but sadly not good enough for the prices

Delivery time was slightly over what was estimated but not too much. Food quality was good although only warm. Annoyingly I paid extra for ice cream that I didn't receive.

Orderd the dessert at 10 past 8 didn't receive it untill closer to 10pm had to phone up the shop soon after I done that the dessert came. I get that they can be busy on a weekend but that's a long time for a cup of strawberries and a cola! 😄 🤣.

Delivery was half an hour later than expected other than that delicious
